We finally got a couple of samples from Donna for her upcoming classes.
This beautiful frame is the May Project of the month which will be held Tuesday, May 26 in both the morning and the evening.
This card is just one example of the cards you'll be making if you join her for Christmas in July. There are three classes for the cards ( all classes make the same projects) and you will receive the Magenta stamp with your class.

We are all busy at work creating the pages for the custom made 6 x6 tabbed chipboard album that is included with your purchase of the Passport. I hope to get some photos up soon. Meantime here is a sneak peak at what we have planned.
The album is designed to hold the pages from all 9 stores. If you are unable to visit all nine, don't worry. All of the stores will carry the papers used in the project, so you can pick up the colors you are missing and make your own pages to fill in.
We have also designed the album to open from the bottom to be displayed on the optional acrylic stand. However, it is easy enough to turn the pages before adhering them down to create a traditional side opening album if you prefer.
As for your shopping experience... all 9 stores are stocking up on new and exciting products! I can assure you that even if you go to all 9 stores, you will find something different at each one! That is one of the great things about independent stores vs. chain stores; each store has it's own unique style and product mix.
We are looking forward to a summer filled with new friends.

Our Monthly store kits came out over the weekend and this month's is especially pretty. If you have picked yours up yet you'd better hurry before they're gone. We also made way too many page kits for National Scrapbook Day so we are putting the extras out for sale as well.
If you liked the "Mom" chipboard book that Donna did last week, we have extra chipboard books available. You still have time to make one up for your Mom this weekend!
Donna will be teaching Christmas in July again this year and many of the spots in the classes have already filled. If you have a group of 5 or more and would like to schedule your own class, give us a call. This class will include a stamp and we need to order enough for everyone so please schedule early.

National Children's Mental Health Awareness Day (Awareness Day) is a day for SAMHSA and the initiatives and communities it supports to promote positive youth development, resilience, recovery, and the transformation of mental health services delivery for children and youth with serious mental health needs and their families. Awareness Day raises awareness of effective programs for children's mental health needs; demonstrates how children's mental health initiatives promote positive youth development, recovery, and resilience; and shows how children with mental health needs thrive in their communities.
The theme for this year's national event is Thriving in the Community, with a special emphasis on how high school youth who receive the services they need are more likely to have positive outcomes, such as better grades, and less likely to have negative outcomes, such as involvement with the juvenile and criminal justice systems.
